Auditions for student short film in Perth
Wed, 17 June 2009, 03:00 pmWe are casting three roles for a student short film produced by FTI students. We will be auditioning this coming Sunday, the 21st of July, and we are looking to film the week beginning the 6th of July. We are looking for the following characters:
DANTE: Dante is in his late twenties to early thirties. He is of medium build and height. Dante is an easy going type of guy that a lot of people feel they can speak honestly to. He doesn’t over speak, because of this people listen when he does talk. Dante is a hard worker, a loving boyfriend, focused on achieving goals and always faithful. Dante sometimes makes decisions too quickly without giving enough thought.
STACEY: Stacey is also in her late twenties to early thirties. She is Dante’s long-term girlfriend and the love of his life. Stacey is easy going, but is the strength behind Dante. She believes in him and supports him. She has reached and age and a time in her life where she is focused on settling down and starting a family and she is determined to do that. Stacey is always supportive of her husband and happy to fit into the role of housewife. She is extremely family orientated and will make a very good mother. Stacey is very similar to Dante in that she makes quick decisions. She is extremely dependant on Dante. She can sometimes be over opinionated.
MYSTERIOUS MAN: The Mysterious Man is older than Dante and Stacey, between 40 and 50 years old. He is straight-forward and honest. He voice is relaxing and his presence is inviting and comfortable.
