UTS Short Film Casting Notice

'Feather Frenzy' is an exciting 6 min short film currently being filmed at UTS. The film involves an attack on unsuspecting picnickers by a swarm of evil zombie birds, in the style of 1970s horror. We are currently looking for a male and female lead, aged 18-24, to be in the film.The parts are as follows: Mev: An avid bird watcher who was devastated when the birds all dissappeared, putting a strain on his relationship with ex-girlfriend Meg. He is pleasantly surprised when the evil birds return. Please note this role does entail some running. Megan: A young woman who loves Mev more than anything else, she decides to take him out to a picnic to commemorate the birds' dissappearance. When they reappear it seems she's willing to fight back at whatever cost. Please note this role will be physical, with lots of running and swinging of objects involved. Also licensed drivers are preferred as there may be some driving involved in the film. The shoot will take place sometime in the first few weeks of May on location.
