AUSTRALIAN WEB DESIGNER: your own website for under $200*

Pity - my inquiry actually is genuine as I need some help with some design issues on my site. Had I not been unimpressed with what I saw on yours, and the lack of information posted here, I would indeed contact you privately. Could you at least post your conditions here so that I and others may review them - I certainly won't purchase $200 worth of web design without first knowing what the conditions are and what the package entails.
