Male circus performer wanted!! ASAP
Wed, 25 Feb 2009, 12:18 pmAn experienced performer is required for 3 weeks to work in an ensemble in order to create a 25 minute floor-based show. This project will be based on Fyodor Dostoyevsky’s short story ‘White Nights’. This project has been funded by an Australia Council grant.
The successful applicant must have
•A strong solo skill (e.g. contortion, handstands)
•An ability to collaborate
•An ability to comprehend & analyse text
•Aged 18 - 25
•Strong performance skills
A4 Ensemble members are;
Zoe Robbins (Performer), Nathan Boadle (Performer), Jess Connell (performer), Zeb Hunter (Artistic Director), Chris Thompson (Dramaturg) & Carl Polke (Musician)
Dates: 16th March to 5th April 09
Where: A Month in the Country – Hothouse Theatre, Albury
Salary: $500 per week plus food & accommodation
