The woman huddles in the dark, stiffened by swinging light globes and hanging rope.
The old man with his back to her, guards his bookshelf and his memories.
New breath fills cold space when the woman invites a young man into their house. As a voice of innocence, the young man fuels an altercation of past with present, where broken souls negotiate acts of friendship, in the search for the presence of the loving other.
In the midst of darkness, a compelling light, in the heart of 'presence', a glaring absence.
