Quarry Amphitheatre City Beach - Western Australia Administration Assistant Summer Season 10 hours per week September - October 40 hours per week from November - March Duties to include but not restricted to: 1. Office support such as answering phones, taking messages, following up enquires and/or customer concerns, responding to missed calls on answering service, responding to emails, customer service, faxing, typing of thank you letters to hirer’s etc. 2. Operation and ticket sales on BOCS. 3. Ensuring local media and arts writer’s are invited to all live shows and assist with developing and maintaining media contact for the venue. 4. Offer and help generate ideas and assist with marketing opportunities for the venue. 5. Collecting mail and or office stationary as required from the Town of Cambridge. 6. Assisting with office and venue preparation for live shows such as re-stocking toilets, sweeping paths, moving chairs from Cavern to upstairs and vice versa as required. 7. Assists in managing client files and meeting their demands 8. Assist in the operation, stocking and organization of the Quarry Café 9. Assists in the creation of staff rosters and organizing staff pays. No prior experience required, although experience in a hospitably environment is highly valued.
