Duke of Wellington-style hat (Perth area)
Thu, 31 July 2008, 08:39 amI'm looking for a military (or similar) hat that looks like the style worn by the Duke of Wellington at the Battle of Waterloo. Basically a bicorne (like a tricorne but with only two points. I don't know how else to describe it other than a 'Wellington', because I believe he designed his hat himself..)
It doesn't need to be an authentic replica, just something that conveys the right style...and fits a big head!
If anyone in the Perth area knows of one I can borrow or hire VERY cheaply (will need it for the next three months, for a stage play) could you please contact me on 0418-909-636.
