REHEARSAL/CLASS SPACE AVAILABLE SURRY HILLS

Space has become available for day use in an established Music School in Surry Hills. Our curriculum only operates in the evenings and we are offering our space during the day on a dry hire basis to music/singing/drama teachers. Available Mon - Fri from 9.00am - 3.00pm. In the first instance we are seeking tenants for our large Studio Space, once this is tenanted we will be offering access to smaller studios. Spaces: Large Sunny Studio Room currently used for our school concerts and choir lessons. 2 other Large Sound proof Studios also available if required. Friendly, warm atmosphere.... Modern, Clean Building, toilets, kitchenette on same floor as space. Storage available if necessary. Well set up with waiting area, tea & coffee area etc. Convenient Location, Close to Central Station. Would suit Music, Singing teacher or Yoga/Pilates etc Instructor.
