Fri, 21 Mar 2008, 11:14 pmWe are seeking male and female actors, aged between 30 - 65 years old, also two teenage boys, for a production of a one-act play called "The Body" scheduled for the Pocket theatre season in June 2008. Dates for performances are 12th June, 13th June, 14th June, 19th June, 20th June and 21st June. If you are interested please come along to the auditions on Wednesday 26th March from 7 pm - 9 pm at the Blue Room Theatre in James St (near the Art Gallery). Pocket Theatre divides the profits at the end so that some payment is made to the actors.
"The Body" is a short drama that poses the question "Who is the body lying on the street?" and examines the reactions of bystanders as they walk past.
