This may sound like an odd

This may sound like an odd question, but - why do you need a make-up artist to create a prop? Can or should people with props making/set making experience apply? hello again Na

Due to the nature of the prop, the job is primarily suited for a special effects make-up artist or anyone interested in SFX effects, which is a broad enough term. I would prefer someone with make-up experience over prop building experience. Are you interested in applying Na? I must admit I can always rely on you to draw any advertisement on this site into question. You thought I'd missed the location last time I posted an ad until I pointed out it was in the heading, I live in the hope I may one day please you my dear ;) And thank-you to everyone who applied, but the position has been filled. Ah, pleasing me is much

Ah, pleasing me is much easier than you think. It's more often than not that I miss important information in the rush. Normally I might be interested in the role, but at the moment I'm swamped with projects to work on. Perhaps another time... And just so you know - I was just curious as to why the choice between props maker and makeup artist. It's an unusual choice; though not a wrong one of course. Coming from a puppetry point of view, there are a lot of prop makers out there who can do special effects - think of all the sci fi shows out there! So that's why I asked.
