Web developer

We are a small print,copy and signage business. We have a website www.docuprint.com.au but no longer have anyone employed who is capable of updating site (and it needs updating). I'd like to have someone do the major work and instruct me on how to update content easily on an on-going basis,I'm fairly conversant with Corel and Photoshop but know little of Macromedia(?).
