I'm 16 and I want to get into Voice Overs. mainly in animation so are there any schools or classes I can take in the perth area that will give me the experience I need to get started.

Hi all of you out there!!!
I am a mature girl definitely over 30ish and would love to find out how to do voice over work
I would love to do
narration
storytelling
and anything else that involves doing voice overs
I have never done it before however I have been told that when I do tell a story or teach thet my voice gets peoples interest and they want to hear more. I would love to explore this further
How do you do it?
how do you get work?
how do you get paid?
what is the criteron for being a sought after voice over person
if you can help me I'd appreciate hearing from you
