hey i have the HSC in 20 days..for drama and i reali need sum backgorund knowledge on contemp aus theatre...and also duz any one have any information on 'seven stages of grieving' AND 'gary's house'? i reali realiiiii need it as i hav hardly passed any of my exams and i need to start sumwhere!!

Maybe it would also be a good idea to resit this course next year, keep up to date with your work and the plays as you study them in class. That way , you might actually have some of the information you need already learned before the exam period.

Why is it that drama students seem to think they don't need to do anything about studying for exams?

Hey

I'm from perth and i am doing tee drama (same as your hsc). We have been studying "hotel sorrento" which is a temporary australia play. Have a squiz at that one and also there is a lot of information on the net about it. 20 days is plenty of time to catch up. If you are still worried start by looking up australian playwrights then go more indepth with plays, make sure you consider cultural contexts. Goodluck!
