hello,

My name is Karita Hornery, I'm 15 years old, I live in Queensland and I am currently looking for a part in a TV show or Movie. If there is any Directors or Agents out there looking for an actress, I would be more than happy to hear from you.

Thankyou.

Re: Acting

Just a tip: Offer something more than just your age and location. If you have a special skill or attribute, then name it. Otherwise, stand in the looooooooooooong line of 13-15 year olds who have been posting similar "ads" on here.

Re: Acting

Best thing to do would be look for an agent, and or get them to point you a good teacher. Continual training will keep you from getting rusty. Also join a community theatre group and with all that you should get your face out there and add to your C.V. You have all the time in the world, and don't worry about jealous old grumpy people, as per last message. Good luck hun.

Re: Acting

I started acting when i was 11. Now i'm 17 and havn't stopped. I've been in loads of theatre productions, and have discovered that theatre is where my heart lies. I also sing and dance.
As the last messeger said, the best thing to do is look for an agent, acting teacher, theatre group etc. Get all the experience you can. Then when you can, compile a resume/cv together of all the experience you've had, and all the acting work you've done. If you havn't had any work, don't worry about it, it doesn't matter. Also add your skills, hobbies, interests etc.
The best piece of advice any actor can give to another is...NEVER GIVE UP.

Good luck.
