HOO HAA Charity Show - this Thursday
Wed, 22 Feb 2006, 01:32 pmThe Big Hoo Haa is holding a special charity night performance this Thursday, 23rd Feb, 8.30pm at Lazy Susans.
If you can't make it (or can't get tickets) on the regular Saturday nights, this would be a good chance to get to see some of our best regular players, and support a good cause.
Unfortunately, Sam hasn't gotten back to me about exactly WHICH charity this show is for..! But we've previously done charity shows for the Smith Family Charity Appeal, Princess Margaret Hospital for Children, Breast Cancer research...I'm sure it is a worthy and noble cause. Who needs a good reason to laugh, anyway?
Cheers,
Craig

Lazy Susan's is upstairs at the Brisbane Hotel, cnr Brisbane St and Beaufort St, North Perth/Highgate, Perth.
(A few years ago it was known as the Effie Crump Theatre.)
Bookmark the gig guide at www.lazysusans.com.au for comedy gigs every week.
And I've found out....the charity for tonight's show is the Calcutta Mission Station....enabling free medical treatment in India...a good cause, and a good excuse to see some great impro comedy. Tickets are well booked, so get there early if you want to get in.
Cheers,
Craig
