Hmmm. Firstly, what about some lead-in time or advance notice or summat?
Wasn't your invite entered at 21.15, when the gathering was/had started at 18.00 ? On the very same day ?

yes, as mentioned advanced notice was given. (i popped that notice up on monday night, not tues)
These meetings are set to be fortnightly if there is enough interest, and the first one (at beg of Feb) was posted too. Anyone who is interested can email me & i will pop you on the emailing list. They will always be on Tues evenings (so keep em free if you're keen!)
