Work Experience - Lighting/Sound

I was just wondering if anyone had any contacts or ideas of where to go if I wanted to do some work experience in lighting or sound or even Stage Management. I am still in High School and have done a little bit at school but I want to know if its somthing I wanna get more heavily into. Im in Rockingham, WA so anything in the metro area would be awesome.
