It's almost Halloween, and you know what that means...another Simpsons special where they rehash past seasons shows and it'll air in Australia around March....But despite not really caring about this northern hemisphere tradition, it's a good excuse to take the piss out of all things creepy and scary! A special Halloween theme to end October!
Another night of improvised madness... the BIG HOO-HAA! happens every SATURDAY night. The BIG HOO-HAA is now in it's FOURTH year of crazy improvised fun. 2 teams of comedians take suggestions from the audience and improvise comedy sketches, songs, soap operas and stand up routines...a different team each week! Book at BOCS tickets: 9484-1133

The Big BOO-HAA! Spooky Halloween Special!
Darkness falls across the land
The laughing hour is close at hand
Comedians trawl in search of laughs
And bar staff fill your frosty glass
And whomsoever shall be found
Without the skill of fooling around
Must stand and face the audience's jeer
As they all chant “You’re Out Of Here!”
Yes, itÂ’s that time of year again, when we adopt an American tradition as our own for a chance to dress up and act silly! Songs, sketches, scenes, bad mime and contemporary dance, all inspired by the spooky and haunting All HallowÂ’s Eve! Come trick or treating with the scary and slightly psychotic band of players at our annual Big BOO-HAA Halloween Special!
Any one who comes dressed in a Halloween costume ...is just not going to score with anyone in the bar downstairs, so you might as well be upstairs in the Comedy Den where you'll fit in fine!
Where: Lazy Susan’s Comedy Den – upstairs @ The Brisbane
When: Saturday October 29, 8.30pm (doors open at 8pm)
Cost: $15 ($12 concession)
Bookings: Tickets can be purchased online at BOCS or by calling 1800 193 300.
P.S. – For groups of six or more people, call our special group bookings line at BOCS on 9321 6831 and get $12 tickets. That’s a minimum saving of $18!
