14 year old girl requires acting work in theatre (lots of experience)

Hi I'm a 14 year old girl and am looking for work in theatre and tv. I currently have an agent but I don't seem to be getting any work and so have been looking myself. I have so far only been for 3 auditions this year and it has been ones I've found myself that only amaetur theatre(which is a start i guess) but have had no luck in getting these roles. I would like to know if anyone knows of any auditions for short films or theatre shows who need a 14 year old. Below is my resume please take a moment to have a look.
