What more can we say about KEEPER?
Thu, 28 Apr 2005, 09:46 amWhat more can we say?
"Keeper is a powerful incision into the belly of Australia's disenchanted youth"
"The writing has Eugene O'Neil resonance ....."
"Snell.... has a good feel for dramatic dialogue and theatrical tension"
"The youthful audience was riveted to the action and the tension generated by the cast under Aitken's masterly direction, was explosive."
"Shaun Martindale is impressive ...He rattles Snell's dialogue off at bobsled speed and fills his silences with seething resentments"
"Nicolas McRobbie is effective with a nice mixture of charm and deceit."
" ...Neil, effectively played with an alarming dispassionate lack of conscience by Mark Maitland ..."

Keeper is a dynamic play about male relationships, male bonding, testosterone overload and embarrassing corpses, with tons of appeal to young, adventurous audiences."
