And A Nightingale SangÂ… by C.P.Taylor
Grads season at the Dolphin Theatre, 8 performances between June 29th and July 9th.
And A Nightingale Sang... is directed by Pat Stroud.
AUDITIONS on Sunday 24 April, Bradley Studio, UWA, by appointment.
CHARACTERS:
HELEN STOTT, early thirties
JOYCE STOTT, 22, her sister.
GEORGE, fifties, her father
PEGGY (MAM), fifties, her mother
ANDIE, seventy-odd, her grandfather
ERIC, early twenties, Joyce's husband
NORMAN, early thirties
An ensemble play with music of the era. All cast will be called on to sing and, ideally, GEORGE will play the piano. There will be a dialect coach to help you 'talk Geordie.'
