This is really depends on how advanced you are. If you are a beginner you might want to see people like Ian Westrip, Fiona Campbell (current teaching in UWA classical singing faculty), or Megan Sutton and Janice Taylor from classical dept of WAAPA (I would've recommended andrew foote but hes not teaching anymore). If you're a more advanced student you want to see people like Anthea Moller but she came from New Zealand and everyone have been moving from all over australia to Perth just for lessons with her so its going to be hard to get a lesson from her I believe.
I believe as a beginner Megan Sutton is a very good teacher for technique. She teaches students like Paul O Neill and Stuart Haycock. When you have a grasp of basics then prolly you should find someone who can teach you intellectual musicality, intepretation and musicianship. And if you've got them all then you can try national or international acclaimed singing teachers. It is all based on how old you are and how ready you are to learn both physically and mentally. Good Luck. YOu might also want to try out for UWA or WAAPA. For a stronger theory you can go to UWA for more politics and performances you can go to WAAPA.
