Are you an actor in your late 50s looking for a one-act showcase piece that is challenging? I have a historic surrealistic drama for you.

Title: Arctic Quest
Logline: An American physician is humiliated by his 1900 ill-fated attempt to fly to the North Pole in a hydrogen balloon.
Genre: Historic drama.
Character: 1 male.
Set: 1, bare stage with scrims, with wreck of hydrogen balloon.
Scenes: 1, continuous action.
Running Length: 20-25 minutes, depending upon staging.
Copyrighted.
Production History: 1 staged-reading (San Bernardino, California), directed by Dr. Amanda Sue Rudisill, Professor of Theatre Emeritus, California State University San Bernardino.

Yes I am interested in this one-act drama. What are you planning on doing with it. I'm in my late 50's (57). I recently began acting via a Canberra acvting school and have just finished a two-week run in "Of Mice and Men". I also do role playing for recruit training.
