Barking Gecko Theatre Workshops

Barking Gecko Theatre run acting classes for 9-12 year olds and teen
classes for 13-16 year olds.
Next term the programme looks like a lot of fun!
For 9-12 year olds there are a huge range of different classes
teaching skills such as playbuilding, story telling, drama games, and
movement. They are going to be held in Subiaco, Rockingham and Ocean Reef.
For teens there are classes for monologue & character development,
theatre games and improvisational skills, these are held in Subiaco and Midland.
Past terms have included clowning, puppet making, & "Behind the
Scenes" and have led to public performances at the Art Gallery and
for the Subaico Council (in-class presentations for the younger
groups).

Tutors are all experienced, professional actors, directors, dancers
and designers working in the industry.
