Lillith's last chance personal introduction agency is in trouble and she needs a few successes. But imperfect clients wanting perfect matches are not likely to provide it. But Lill's been around longer than most and she schemes to improve the odds - with a bit of animal cunning!

Can they get it right this time? Can Adam see a woman and not a memory? Will Brian stop telling jokes in bad taste long enough to be heard? How much 'plausible deniabilitiy' can Carl get away with? Is Don an artist at anything but failure? Is Alice prepared to compromise? Will Bea find a loving, caring, financially secure gent who will put the toilet lid down? Can Carol live with a man who's not a lame duck? What's the break-even point for Dee?
