Perth on the Road - Kalgoorlie Trip

TRIP DETAILS:
Okey doke everyone.... If we're going to do this as a group we need to get actionated NOW!!!
As you all would have heard the brand new spanking - honkey dorey - deluxe train to Perth
THE PROSPECTOR
has started operating and bookings are queuing up incredibly...
I have been on the phone with them today and seats are hard to come by
However luckily today - there are still 43 seats available on the 7.10pm train
leaving for Kalgoorlie on Thursday 5th August
Cost of Train:-
$68.40 Adult - one way $138.80 Return
$34.20 Pensioner $68.40 Return
or if you're a Pensioner and have a travel voucher - if you chose to use it - Free One Way
Discount for group bookings:
A group booking is classified as 16 or more Adult paying fares - and the best discount they can do is 10%
Returning to Perth - Saturday there are plenty of seats available - Sunday a few and Monday barely...
(Same time as Avon Descent apparently - how that effects the Kalgoorlie train I'm not too sure
- however this was what was explained to me!)
ACCOMMODATION
The Quality Railway Motel
Is in Central Kalgoorlie - accessible to everything including the theatre.
Normally for a standard room per night it will cost $153.00
However if I can get a group booking of about 20 people
they can do me a deal of either
(remember - we can organise double share)
$87.00 per room - each night - without breakfast
or
$99 per room - each night - with two fully cooked breakfasts (value $25 i think they said)
TICKETS TO THE SHOW
$17 Non Members
$13 Members/Concession
Now if we all go as a group I can ring and organise the booking details
Otherwise the Bookings Number is:-

Goldfields Arts Centre
Open 10am to 3pm Mon - Fri
9am - 12pm Sat
Credit Card Payments Welcome

Even if you are only vaguely interested at this point - please send me an email letting me know that as I am currently finalising some further info and will be sending an email out directly to those that have registered their interest with me...
Remember if this trip takes off - I plan to organise further trips at later dates where we might check out shows in Albany, Bunbury and hey why not - Karratha... etc etc...
