Locations Locations
Thu, 15 Jan 2004, 08:48 pmI subsribe to the Theatre Oz mail out, and I am so tired of recieving audition notices, ads, classes whatever, where the location is not listed. I realise that this site is mostly WA, but for those who don't live there (I am in Melbourne), it is infuriating. How can we attend anything, or pass on info to other interested people, if we don't even know what state the event is held in?
I call this bad publicity, and if nobody even bothers to put the state or location in, how can theatre survive at all?
Sorry to get narky, but I pass on a lot of the information on this site to colleagues, friends and co- theatre workers. It makes it hard to recommend applying for auditions, or to recommend seeing a show.
As this is a national site, can people please start putting states into their ads and what not? Please?
