Dear Charles, Going, Going, Gone!

Drawing rooms? S'truth! These days, some new abodes don't even have a kitchen, however, every home still has drama, skeletons stashed in cupboards and lashes of humour.

The Darvel home in Paris, is awash with humorous intrigue, although one must have a predilection for subtlety and wit, rather than constant in-your-face attack. The tale of the young bull and the old bull well illustrates the different angles of approach.

The young bull yelled out to his older companion, "Mate, there's a paddock full of heifers down there, let's run down and ^*!# a couple of them." His older companion replied, "Why don't we walk down and make love to them all?"

Speaking of bull stories, there are but three more chances to catch the Stirling Players production of "Dear Charles," Thur 11, Fri 12 and Sat 13, 8.00pm at the Innaloo Community Centre, Morris Place Innaloo. Ph: 9440 1040 to book, tickets are $13.00 and $11.00 concession.
