The Irish Theatre Players' 1 Act Season, "Three for the Road", performed last night to a full house bordering on overflowing!!

A brief synopsis of each play follows:
"The Last Bus to Contrition" written and directed by Noel O'Neill.
A drama by local actor, playwright and director Noel O'Neill focuses on three girls waiting on a bus to take them to contrition. Strain is put on their relationship through the confessions made by each girl.
"Thirst" directed by John Dunne.
A comedy by Myles Na Gopaleen is a story of how three men drinking after hours in a pub in Dublin deal with a local Garda (policeman).
"The Seaweed Baths" directed by Patrick Abbott.
A powerful drama by another local playwright Helen Brett. It highlights the consequences of the decisions we make in life. A poignant tale of family values and trust gone wrong crossing two decades in one family's life.
