Re: Hoo Haa Hiatus
Sat, 19 Oct 2002, 01:01 amThe Comedus Maximus laugh-off was a great success; the stand up comics scoring the most points and so retaining the deeds to the Comedy Lounge...a challenge rematch is scheduled next month at the Big Hoo Haa in Freo, the standups invited onto the improvisers home turf... keep an eye on the What's On section...
Meanwhile, there is NO Hoo Haa next Friday the 25th, as the venue has a prior booking for a private function, and then it's the first Friday of the month so there will be comedy standup at the Freo but no Hoo Haa until three weeks' time.
When we do hit the stage again, Friday the 8th of November, it'll be organised as a benefit to the victims of the Bali tragedy. Keep an eye on the What's On Section to get a reminder.
