If you haven't booked already, get in quick to see Lords and Ladies adapted from the Terry Pratchett Discworld series.
It is very funny and a good nights entertainment.
Now showing at the Hayman Theatre Curtin Uni, 10-20 July. (Wed-Sat)
See what's on for booking details.
Cheers

Well, considering Unseen only does Pratchett plays, and the fact that they're becoming reasonably popular around the country quite often means we hear of other productions of the same play we've just done.

For example, Unseen did Men At Arms last year in July, and there was another production in Brisbane done in October, which our president & vice president flew up to see.

Also, Unseen did Guards! Guards! in November 2000, and this year (in the last few weeks) there was another production here in Adelaide by Northern Light Theatre Co, although we did know some of the people involved in it.

The Dysk Theatre ( http://www.users.bigpond.com/archistotle/DyskTheatre/ ) is a good place to keep an eye on what's on where Discworld wise, it's suprising to see how much and when things are on :)

I think that Unseen's going to be the first Australian theatre company to produce "The Fifth Elephant", for which rehearsals start this weekend :)

Simon, Christine or whoever, if you've got some good ideas on how to do certain "unusual" things that crop up in DW plays, please feel free to submit them to 'Unscene' at our website, it'd definitely be good to find out how each theatre company tackles things.

Seeya. Danny.
