YouthFest 2001
Sat, 15 Sept 2001, 10:10 pmJust a quick note of thanks to the organisers and participants of YouthFest 2001.
SHY (Seen and Heard Youth) Inc were selected as the Best Production (Senior) and we are absolutely chuffed!!! SHY is a group only recently formed and this event was our first outing as an independent theatre group.
We would like to thank the ITA for offering the opportunity to be involved and hope to present in both Junior and Senior categories in 2002. Thanks to Kerri Hilton, Jarrod Buttery, Ross and everyone else who made us feel welcome and appreciated.
Congratulations to all the other award winners and to all groups who participated.

RE: YouthFest 2001
Mon, 17 Sept 2001, 12:26 amAn echo of the above message from both of us at Steel Frame.
Also a first performance for us, it was great that youthfest gave us this opportunity.
We would also like to extend our thanks to everyone involved, particularly those who worked with us backstage to overcome our "lack of tech run" and staging difficulties.
Also a great big thanklyou to Norma, who never gave up on us as we got the admin side of things organised. :)
Congratulations to all groups involved. Hope to see you next year.
