Beryl Silvester passed away on Friday last.
Beryl was a friend and mentor to many up and coming actors in Perth for many years at YAL (Young Australia League) at teir Murray Street building. many will remember the theatre in the basemant. Beryl and Wally lived in a flat upstairs and were the building's caretakers for many many years.
