new play ideas wanted please!
Thu, 27 June 2013, 10:39 amOur amateur group Merredin Repertory Club Inc is currently trying to find a play for our end of year production. I have looked at soooooo many script websites and ordered scripts only to be disappointed. Has your group done a play that they would recommend? we are only keen on comedy musicals/theatre restaurant style plays. We have more females than male actors in our group and solo singing is not our current strong point. Our auditions will be in July so we are starting to get desperate to find a suitable play. Thank you for your help!

Are you looking for new plays or new ideas? I posted blogs on some royalty free comedies into which you could insert songs. I did this recently and 'it worked Ok. What have you rejected? Do you need backing recordings?
