NIDA/WAAPA/VCA Music theatre auditions

Hello! I just have some questions about auditioning for the Music Theatre streams at these institutions (NIDA,WAAPA,VCA). If anyone has been through the audition process/been accepted in your comments would be greatly appreciated. I am 18 years old turning 19 this year and I aim to audition for 2014 or 2015 depending on when I feel ready. Basically I just want to know how much level of dance experience is required. I have a strong singing voice but my dancing experience is lacking. I have just started jazz and ballet this year (which I know is terribly late! but I have a good general fitness as I do a lot of weights, cardio and yoga). Do any of you know if the audition is weighted more on singing or dancing ability or if it is equal weighting on both? I just need some advice on what the process is like and whether I should bother auditioning for music theatre or focus on just the acting stream. Thanks!
