We're Looking For A Male Actor, mid 40's!

Need a male actor, mid 40's. Able to carry an American accent and characterise the part of Bill, husband to the main character's daughter Chelsea and father of Billy.
Not a big part but has a crucial scene that makes a stand and interesting change of respect by Norman, Chelsea's father.
