A Fairytale of sorts...

Dear Fairytale Creatures, Once upon a time, there was a storyteller named Ganelon. In-between the telling of quirky stories to the peasants of medieval times, he found time to pen a fun (some may say ridiculous,) story entitled, 'A Fairytale of Sorts...'Somewhat eager to share his fun tale, Ganelon sought a stage whereby his story could take flight...alas, the people who hire out said stages, deemed their stages to be filled with other tales of make belief, some felt the story unworthy of being told. Undeterred, Ganelon searched far, high, and wide for a magical place to tell his story, and as fairytales have want to be, a door opened, and sunshine poured forth, almost setting fire to Ganelon's bald scone......and so, in October 2012, the Midland Junction Art Centre will play host to the debut of 'A Fairytale of Sorts...'... the fairytale doth indeed begin... but before the fairies take flight, our story must open with a touch of reality... For the fairytale to take wing, the story requires an enthusiastic and dedicated team of fun filled Creatures...clever people in the art of make belief...makers of sound and light and other trickery...seekers of props...craftsperson's of wooden things...painters of stone, flesh and enchanted forest... front of house Goblins and Fairies...talented fingers with needle and cloth...ticket scribes, town criers, and those with a flair for numbers...above all else...the Fairytale people must join with the Storyteller and spread the word among the people that here is a story not to be missed...and the people will turn up in their droves...BELIEVE IT, and it will come true...
