Questionable agency rears it's head in another form!

Several months ago it was reported via very reliable sources that an agency called 'Sass and Bentley' had gone under apparently owing money to people that they represented. Now it seems that they have re surfaced under the name of 'Sass Management' http://www.sassmanagement.com. If it is a different organization from the other in question then my alarm may be wrong and I apologize to the new 'Sass Management' people but the website has the same feel as the old one, the same vibe if you know what I mean. Without saying anything....I rest my case.
