How do Maggie and Terry, floundering in the desert of a long marriage, finally have the conversation they should have had 26 years ago? How does Sara release herself and her son from the way her husband died? How does alluring Issy right the worst wrong she’s ever done in her whole life? How does needy Pris finally resolve her constantly failing relationships? And how does Blake, selling sex on a trajectory of testosterone and emotional manipulation, finally crash into the tragedy that could defeat him? ‘Once the hook is in the heart, love pulls us into shape-or brings us undone’ Your Hold Upon My Heart was developed with the generous involvement of the Powderkeg Actors Workshop working alongside director Lis Hoffmann who wrote the final script.
