For those ITA members who've been bemoaning the lack of affordable theatre tickets, The Phoenix Theatre, in conjunction with A lad in sane are pleased to offer ITA members the chance to book 'early bird' tickets for our forthcoming production of 'Love is on the air' for the sum of $13 per ticket (all shows). We trust this offer will encourage ITA members to come along and check out this new play, and the facilities on hand at the Phoenix. Please note: This offer closes on the 13th June. About the show... Coming to you live, from the studios of Channel 13 West. Love is on the air, the talk show that single-handedly has the people of the west in a state of excitement. Join our host, the she’s so gorgeous she should be reading the weather, Miss Cindy Taylor-Smith, as she brings us more tales of love, sex, and debauchery. Cindy’s guests this week, include from Melbourne’s La Drobe University, Professor Fernando Edmundo Sanchez, a leading sexologist. We meet the all-new Aussie hero Gary Burrows, as he shares with us just how far he was prepared to go to uncover his wife’s infidelity... We take a look at the phenonemem that is ‘on-line dating’ as viewed through the eyes of two and a nerd Aussie blokes. Cindy shares with us her ‘book of the week,’ there’s more from the lovely ‘Goldie Lux,’ and we travel to Dublin Ireland to eavesdrop in on Anne, Dawn, Yvonne and Sandra as they share with us their thoughts on sex, love, relationships, and The Village People. Love is on the air probably won't change your life, but it may well be the funniest show you’ll see this year, especially if you don’t get out much. Performance dates: 8PM 24/25 June 2011. 8PM 1/2/8/9 July 2011 3PM 3/10 July 2011 So there we have it folks. To book tickets, simply e-mail johnnygrim@optusnet.com.au. Note: Bookings will be confirmed. Note: After the 13th, tickets will only be available through BOCS or via door sales. cheers Johnny Grim On behalf of The Phoenix Theatre and A lad in sane productions
