The Life Of Cardboard

The Life Of Cardboard is a promotional short film that was directed by Film & Television Institute Principal Lecturer, Wayne Nicholson. The film is a teaser at the surreal world of Carl DeSouza and his warped co-dependence with cardboard, due to be told in a series of three short films from independent production house, Ellandar Productions.

In association with another independent production house, Planet Raw the team that brought you A Night Of Deceit in December 2010 opens their 2011 theatrical season with the fundraising event Behind The Wire: Ellandar Perspectives which will screen the above film.

The evening will open with The Life Of Cardboard and follow with an evening of entertainment featuring contemporary monologues, non-main-stream musical theatre and original solo choreography from the likes of Western Australian Academy of Performing Arts (WAAPA) and Film & Television Institute of W.A (FTI) graduates as well as some of the most talented raw freelancers!
