ITA Annual General Meeting 2011

will be held on
SUNDAY FEBRUARY 13TH 2011 2.30 PM
AT CITY WEST LOTTERIES HOUSE, DELHI ST, W. PERTH
Letters are going out this week to all clubs and members. Nomination forms for committee positions have also been sent to all clubs. If any individual would like one, then please email me and I'll send you one on-line.
Please note that you must be a finacial member of the ITA, either personally or a financial member of a member club to nominte or vote.
All notices of motion are to be sent to the ITA Office as above or emailed to me as above by Monday February 7th.
Refreshments will be served after the meeting.
This is also a reminder of the 2010 Finley Award night on Saturday January 29th at Swan Park Theatre, Gray Drive, Midvale. Tickets $25 (Groups $20) bookings through BOCS 9484,1133 (booking fee applies)
