Perth Theatre Community - Help 4 of your own win $50 000!!!

Hey there ladies, gents and friends of the Perth theatre community! Four of your local performers (Robert Woods, Tyler Jones, Jordan Sibley and Amberly Cull...about to be seen in Playlover's upcoming SPAMALOT!) are currently involved in a nationwide competition, the prize of which is $50 000 and the chance to produce a seven-part web series. They are searching for supporters who can vote for them, help their trailer enter the finals and (hopefully) take home the prize. The competition, entitled the Movie Extra Webfest, is taking place right now via Facebook. To enter, the team have created a sixty-second trailer for a proposed web series - DRAGON CONQUEST, an affectionate homage to the cheesy yet family-friendly fantasy films of the 80s such as 'Labyrinth' and 'Krull', with perhaps a little bit of 'Xena: Warrior Princess' thrown in :-) To become a finalist, the trailer needs to collect as many votes as possible before November 16th. We are currently in 10th position of 63 entries, but we have a lot of ground to make up! So we're asking for the support of the Perth theatre community, or anybody else who has a Facebook account, a heart and a deep-rooted love of 80s sci-fi fantasy!
