Have you tried any of the online shops, ie. Spreadshirt, Zazzle or Cafepress?
(As I recall, Spreadshirt does the best printing on black. My Zazzle tee in black on the other hand is incredibly thin fabric. And Cafepress couldn't even do decent printing on black last time I checked)
I know it's shipping from overseas, but the cost on shipping pretty much evens out considering that you can do tiny runs and the shirts themselves are pretty cheap. (When I questioned Melbourne printers, 'small' amounts meant at least a hundred or more)

hi,
very commercial, but if you have a design already vistaprint does pretty good deals for uploaded designs.
