Studio photography for ballerinas: free, limited opportunity

I am the principal photographer for Melbourne Dance Photography, and I am seeking formally trained and experienced ballerinas for the continuing development of my folio.

From a shoot with me, you as a dancer will participate in selecting the best photographs from the shoot, and you will be given full-resolution, unwatermarked production images to use for your own promotion. You will allow me to use images for promotion of my own art and dance work.

I provide access to my dance wardrobe, but you will be encouraged to bring your own costumes to add variety.

Shoots are in studio(s) in North Melbourne, Heidelberg and/or St Kilda depending on timing, and I am also interested in shooting location ballet (in the country or urban landscape).

I work professionally as a dance photographer, and normally charge for studio shoots.  In this case, you do not pay, yet you get the same outcome as a paying client!

I am looking to create new folio photographs that showcase my skills, and so I am seeking ballerinas who see value in extending their own folio at the same time. Please get in touch if you are interested - contact details are on the Melbourne Dance Photography web site.
