Auditions-Boy's Life - Melville Theatre

Auditions for the Pulitzer prize nominated comedy Boy's Life by Howard Korder will be held at Melville Theatre, Stock Road, Melville on Saturday 29th May commencing at 1.00pm. This will be an "open" audition. Auditionees will be reading from the script, no need to prepare a "piece". Cast required are 4 male and 5 female. All aged mid twenties/early thirties. This play is in the genre of the TV series "Coupling" and "Men Behaving Badly". "Perhaps, Perhaps, Perhaps" is the theme song. Perhaps the guys will get lucky, perhaps they won't! This will be a contemporary production. Minimal set, lots of quick scene changes,a play in one act about 1 hour 15 mins long. Season dates are July 30 - August 14 @ Melville Theatre. I would particularly like to hear from some men. Come on guys where are you all? This is an opportunity to be part of a very funny show, newcomers welcome.
