Tom Palmer is about to find out when he joins the FIFO workforce. Investigating an accident at Capital Pit mine unearths deep-rooted problems in the heart of the mining company and digs deep into the hearts of those left behind. "Three On, One Off" is a new, epic West Australian drama that explores the holes we create and the ways we try to fill them.
