Bunbury S/W One Act Drama Fest Accomodation

Due to some scheduling issues, my group will be unable to use the magnificent accommodation we had booked for the One Act festival in Bunbury.
Its a new 4 bed house, beautifully decorated. 3 Queens and 4 bunks. It is stunning, here's the details http://www.stayz.com.au/34529
Its $440 for the two nights of 11/09/09 and 12/09/09 (and i think that the Sunday night is still available too).
that works out at $37 per night per person and it get cheaper from there as you add people.
