Di Day - R.I.P.

Di Day passed away today having lost her fight with a vigorous form of lung cancer. The cancer had invaded several organs and threatens the central nervous system.

It is my great sadness to inform you that Diana passed away at approx 1:45pm, Monday 3rd August. Diana passed in her own home, in her own time, and peacefully, thanks to the assistance of Silver Chain.
 
Di has requested that no formal ceremony accompany the settling of her remains. However, in the next several weeks, I will arrange an informal gathering for those who wish to attend, where we can, in an atmosphere of lighthearted joy, celebrate her life and raise a cup. I had the opportunity to ask her if she would be happy with this, and she was very pleased with the idea.
