The Big HOO HAA! SEVENTH BIRTHDAY ! Astor Theatre, Mt Lawley THIS SATURDAY
Sun, 14 June 2009, 01:27 pmTHE BIG HOO HAA! 7th Birthday Special - The 7 Deadly Sins
The Big HOO-HAA! must be the longest running comedy theatre show in Western Australia, performing an improvised show every Saturday night for the last seven years.
Starting at the Fremantle Hotel in 2002 and moving to its home venue Lazy Susan’s Comedy Den, upstairs at the Brisbane Hotel (formerly the Effie Crump Theatre) in 2004, the ensemble of over twenty actors have continually made thousands of people laugh, hundreds cry and have committed at least eight of the seven deadly sins.
The seventh birthday show this year will pay homage to the sins we all try to avoid although we can’t help but enjoy them.
Seven of HOO-HAA's finest and longest standing members will battle it out on stage and discover who has the purest soul and who will spend eternity sitting on hot rocks listening to Celine Dion.
Join; Jimmy James Eaton, Sam Longley, Damon Lockwood, Andrea Gibbs, Kerry O’ Sullivan, Sean Walsh, Mike Djukic, Ben Russell, Libby Klysz, Craig Williams and Ash Gibson-Greig for a wicked night of pure comedy.
Where: The Astor Theatre, Corner of Beaufort and Walcott streets, Mt Lawley. The venue will be licensed.
When: Saturday 20th June.
Doors open 7:30pm, show starts at 8:30pm.
Tickets: $20
